What is Affiliate Marketing and how do you grow it into a successful career, This is something I hear often, Affiliate Marketing, can mean many things to many people, however, this is my opinion.
Making money as an affiliate marketer is easy, once you know how the principles of this industry work. Once you know them, turning it into a full time career is achievable. The trick is putting it all together, and getting the right affiliate training. Marketing is a numbers game, using targeted keywords to drive targeted traffic to the sales page of your chosen product or service.
There are two types of Affiliates, those who take it seriously and those who dont. The ones who are serious, with the right training become professionals in their own right and make it their full time professional career job. In doing so make a full time income that is well above the average family combined income. Its not unknown for a professional affiliate to earn in excess of $2000 + weekly.
Those who dont take it seriously are lucky to earn $20.00 a month if ever. Witch are you? How big is your desire to be successful.

Here is what a highly trained pro affiliate marketer goes about it. He focus on the keywords and phrases that are often searched. Fine tuned phrases will target a more defined visitor. For example, if he were to market a diet program, he would use keywords that reflect a problem in the diet industry, therefore targeting visits from those who may be experiencing that problem. He may also target the audience with specific benefit phrases to offer a great solution with the product. An example to that would be to say faster weight loss with xyz, try it today. Or speeds up your metabolism.
He will set up tracking on that campaign to see whether pointing out the issues, or providing solutions, works best. Finding this info out will give him a direction to move forward with. However he gains the most traffic, or works out what is the best conversion keyword or phrase is. Once he as this info, he will move forward with this style and double or even triple is conversion rate. If you can place a problem and solution together, then you have something to work with. Then continue testing with different versions until you have the winner.
To become a career professional affiliate you do need the required training, although you can learn it yourself , unless you are extremely dedicated or stubborn you have a 97% chance of frailer.
